•轉(zhuǎn)子與轉(zhuǎn)子，轉(zhuǎn)子與泵體之間保持一定間隙、無摩擦系數(shù)，使用壽命長(zhǎng)；Gap is kept between the rotors and between the rotors and the pump body,no friction, long life.

•配置變頻器后，可以隨意調(diào)節(jié)流量，并可作一般計(jì)量泵使用；Epuipped with frequency converter, flux can be adjusted at will and can be used as ganeral measurement pump.
•根據(jù)用戶要求，可選配法蘭式、螺口式、卡箍式；Flange, screw, or clamp connection can be used, as required by the customer.
•可輸送氣、液、固相混合物料；Capale of pumping mixtures of gas, fluid, and solid materials.
•保溫冷卻泵采用內(nèi)置式結(jié)構(gòu)，導(dǎo)熱性好；Heating & cooling pump is of built-in structure, with well heat conductivity.
•移動(dòng)式泵可以吸取各種桶裝物料，吸入真空度達(dá)0.08MPa；Movable pumps can be used to pump canned medium, with intake vacuum of 0.08MPa.

凸輪轉(zhuǎn)子泵的制造標(biāo)準(zhǔn)分為：食品級(jí)、化工級(jí)、普通型、油田型、特種型五大系列，產(chǎn)品的核心部件和密封裝置，根據(jù)

The twin-rotor lobe pump are produced according to the following manufacturer's standards: Foodstuffs, Chemicals,
Regular,oil-fields and special-type. The core parts and sealing device of the products are made of different materials and
sealing methods according to different properties of material and technological processes.There are 12 varieties of PTMP
rotors, which can be set interchangeably in the same pump.
傳送的選擇 Drive selection
•電機(jī)+定數(shù)比減速器：這種傳動(dòng)的方式簡(jiǎn)單，轉(zhuǎn)子的轉(zhuǎn)速恒定，也就是決定了流量的不可調(diào)性。
•電機(jī)+機(jī)械摩擦式無級(jí)變速器：這種變速器的變速靠手動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)來實(shí)現(xiàn)，其特點(diǎn)是安全可靠的，扭矩大，流量無級(jí)可調(diào)。缺點(diǎn)
是非自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)，較麻煩，調(diào)速在運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)工程中進(jìn)行，不得在停機(jī)狀態(tài)下調(diào)速，其使用維護(hù)參照制造商的使用說明書。
•變頻電機(jī)+變頻器：這種方式可實(shí)現(xiàn)轉(zhuǎn)速的自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)，亦即實(shí)現(xiàn)了流量的無級(jí)調(diào)整。其優(yōu)點(diǎn)是自動(dòng)化程度高，低速扭矩較
大。缺點(diǎn)是變頻器的價(jià)格較高。其使用維護(hù)參照制造商說明書。
•Motor & fixed rate speed reducer: this drive is simple and easy, the turning speed of the rotors are fixed and the flow can
not be adjusted.
•Motor & mechanical friction stepless transmission: the speed changeristics are realized manually in this type with the
characteristics of safe, reliable, big torque, the flow can be adjusted steplessly.
•Frequency conversion motor and frequency converter: automatic adjustment of speed is available for flow stepless
adjustment. Its advantages include highly automatic, big torque ad low speed. The shortcoming is high price for frequency
converter. Consumer's manual should be referred to operating and maintain.
__轉(zhuǎn)子簡(jiǎn)介 Rotor introduce
一葉片轉(zhuǎn)子：適合于輸送含有大顆粒物料的介質(zhì)，對(duì)大顆粒物料的破碎率較
低，但其脈動(dòng)大，壓力低，容積量小，很少使用。
Single impeller: used to transfer medium with a little large grains because
this impeller is not easy to damage grains. The shortage is high impulse,
low pressure, small capacity, so seldom using.
二葉轉(zhuǎn)子：適合于輸送含有中小顆粒物料的介質(zhì)，對(duì)于小顆粒物料的破碎率
相對(duì)較低，略有脈動(dòng)，容積量小于三葉轉(zhuǎn)子。
Double impeller: used to transfer medium with middle or small grains, with
low damage rate and low impulse, the capacity is smaller than tri-impeller
三葉轉(zhuǎn)子：通用的轉(zhuǎn)子類型，容積量大于其他類型轉(zhuǎn)子，各種性能指標(biāo)優(yōu)于
一葉，兩葉轉(zhuǎn)子，但其在輸送物料的過程中對(duì)顆粒物料有一定的破碎率。
Tri-impeller: this is commonly type, the capacity and performance is better
than other rotors, The shortage is high requirement to medium because its
easy to damage grain medium.
四~十二葉轉(zhuǎn)子：當(dāng)轉(zhuǎn)子葉片超過三葉后，其容積量因轉(zhuǎn)子葉片的增加而減
少，轉(zhuǎn)子葉片越多，溶劑量則越少，多葉轉(zhuǎn)子在輸送物料時(shí)穩(wěn)定性相對(duì)有所
提高，但在輸送過程中容易破碎顆粒物料。
